The Special Projects Coordinator for ACE of Florida is responsible for organizing, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on ACE of Florida special projects.
ACE Annual Statewide Conference: Assist the executive director in planning, coordinating, and facilitating the annual statewide conference
Facilitating grant deliverables to include planning, coordinating, and advertising of all professional development trainings and events
Maintaining/updating the ACE website and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter)
Must be willing to travel statewide to facilitate adult education trainings
ACE Report Magazine: Solicit articles, advertisements and pictures related to adult education in Florida. Work with graphic designer on design and layout.
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong background in Microsoft Office Suite and managing social media;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent soft skills; and
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
