The role of Corporate Development Project Manager works collaboratively with AADE staff to coordinate the implementation of AADE corporate programs and projects. Oversees external and internal resources to manage projects to completion. Works in conjunction with Director of Corporate Development to provide professional level of execution and service to corporate partners.
Builds and oversees project plans and coordinates the execution of corporate programs and projects, both new and existing.
Serves as primary liaison to coordinate work teams, comprised of individuals from across the organization, to ensure strategic alignment and effective implementation of programs/projects. Coordinates activities across departments to execute programs.
Assists Director in managing activities related to AADE’s Technology Institute (DANA: Diabetes Advanced Network Access), such as: track agreements, manage communication of product edits to DANA project manager, support for DANA-related questions from industry sponsors, and confirm sponsor recognition with marketing department/organization.
Submits grants for Meetings Department and Development Department and maintains grant database across organization, in collaboration with Education and Research Grant Manager.
Tracks and monitors results of programs to report outcomes; with goal of optimizing effectiveness and efficiency by evaluating past efforts. Will assist with studying/adopting best practices, with an eye towards continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years previous work experience with increasing responsibility and proven track record of success.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams of staff and vendors to meet defined goals and achieve desired outcomes
