The Corporate Development Project Manager role works collaboratively with AADE staff members to successfully implement corporate programs and projects. Oversees external and internal resources to manage projects from proposal through completion. Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Development, will be responsible for extending a professional level of customer service to AADE’s corporate partners, building and developing relationships, and providing effective program oversight.
Will oversee project plans for approved corporate programs, both new and existing. Includes day to day coordination and execution of project requirements.
Serve as primary liaison for internal project work team(s) to ensure alignment, timely completion, and effective implementation of agreed upon program deliverables.
Assist Director in managing activities related to AADE’s Technology Institute (DANA: Diabetes Advanced Network Access), such as: tracking agreements, communication of product edits to DANA project manager, support for DANA-related questions from industry sponsors, and confirmation of sponsor recognition and releases of information with marketing department/organization.
Enter funding proposals created by AADE into required industry sponsor systems and maintain data within AADE proposal tracking tool to ensure timely follow-up.
Responsible for ensuring the process for tracking contract information is created and maintained accurately within online database in collaboration with IT department.
Assist with conducting research for industry proposals and development of agreements in effort to identify potential sponsorship opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years previous work experience with increasing responsibility and proven track record of success.
Demonstrated experience with project management responsibilities required. Previous experience with educational programming or marketing of programs a plus.
Ability to lead multi-functional teams of staff and vendors to meet defined goals and deadlines to achieve desired outcomes required.
