The Manager, Technical Activities serves as the liaison to various FEI Technical Committees and manages and coordinates all operations of those committees, including agenda development and meeting management. The Manager works with technical committee leadership to develop meeting agendas, secure presenters, acquire new members, and maintain committee rosters, meeting minutes and scheduling of meetings and conference calls of committees and subcommittees.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as staff liaison to FEI Technical Committees as assigned. Responsibilities include developing agendas in consultation with committee leadership, securing presenters, recruiting new members, maintaining committee rosters, producing meeting minutes and coordinating the scheduling of committee and subcommittee meetings and conference calls.
Works with committee leadership and FEI Professional Development staff to formulate agenda and secure subject matter experts for annual technical committee conferences.
Produces content on topics related to technical committee activities and areas of interest to be delivered to FEI membership through FEI Daily, the FEI website, webinars and other vehicles.
Drafts and supports technical comment letters representing FEI technical committee positions on major policy and regulatory developments.
Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Ability to act as a team player and be flexible to respond to changing needs.
Ability to work with the utmost integrity, keeping proprietary information safeguarded.
Ability to travel, including travel and meeting attendance outside of working hours.
Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management with excellent interpersonal and intervention skills.
Ability to understand policy positions of senior-level financial executives and communicate these positions to others.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in this or related field required. Previous association experience preferred.
