The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for member and staff support for all online services. This includes the website, broadcast emails, career center and online work spaces. Must be customer service oriented and comfortable managing a complex workload. This position is designated as management-level “exempt” under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Draft website content and make updates to the website; assist in reviewing website copy and identify areas for updates and improvements.
Ensure copy and images adhere to branding guidelines.
Maintain schedule for updating content.
Liaison with CMS provider.
Management of mobile app vendor; including exhibitions, advertising and program.
Schedule, layout and provide reporting metrics for association emails and e-newsletters, preferred experience with marketing automation.
Coordinate social media presence with Marketing Manager.
Upload content to website and other digital platforms such as YouTube, with appropriate tags for discoverability.
Assist with press releases and other communications.
Provide graphic design assistance for web elements and print flyers.
Create online surveys with assistance of marketing manager.
Routinely respond to and provide assistance to online inquiries in support of all online products.
Prepare web traffic reports
Other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have a college degree. Candidates must have training in website operations with strong HTML(DNN preferred) skills and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Other qualifications include: blast email and online survey services, graphic editing skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), strong proofreading skills and attention to detail are required.
