Essential functions of the Project Manager (Business Analyst – IT) position: - Responsible for one or more software development projects
- Work with various project teams establishing the 3 main project parameters: scope, time, and cost
- Track projects daily, ensuring that projects are moving forward on schedule and providing management with status reports
- Capture business requirements through process diagrams or use cases and transform the requirements into operational software and systems meeting quality standards
- Ensure that software is high quality through writing and executing tests such as regression tests, integration tests, or simple functional tests and documenting processes for future projects

- Five to seven years’ experience writing business requirements.
- Three to five years’ experience managing software development projects.
- Minimum 1-year experience working in an Agile development environment and Scrum framework.
- Minimum 1-year experience documenting requirements for a Customer Relations Management Software
